Cook Islands Prime Minister Visits the Raiders

The Canberra Raiders were privileged today as the Honourable Henry Puna, Prime Minister of the Cook Islands and Mrs Akaiti Puna visited Raiders Headquarters.

Mr and Mrs Puna were shown through the facilities, including the locker rooms and gym and were presented with Raiders memberships for the 2020 season.

The Raiders have a proud history of Cook Island representatives playing for the club, including Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad and Jordan Rapana who were key members of the 2019 Grand Final side.

2019 squad member Reuben Porter is also a current Cook Island international alongside former forward, Sam Mataora.
