It was a tough weekend for the Canberra Raiders Junior Rep sides as two sides suffered defeat while the S.G. Ball Cup side had a bye.
Harold Matthews Cup
The Canberra Raiders suffered a 14-0 defeat against the Newcastle Knights at Cessnock on the weekend.
Ethan Ferguson, Harper Collins and Fletcher Sharpe scored the three tries for the Knights.
The loss sees the side drop to eighth on the ladder, but are only two competition points off third place.
Tarsha Gale Cup
The Canberra Raiders travelled to Cessnock to play the Newcastle Knights but suffered a 30-4 defeat.
The result sees the Raiders drop to fifth place on the ladder but are level on points with the Indigenous Academy who are fourth.
Maddie Dodson scored the only try for the Raiders.
