Injury Update: Latest on John Bateman

Headline: Canberra Raiders forward John Bateman is progressing well from his early-season shoulder surgery. He is continuing rehabilitation, primarily working on a program at his home whilst in isolation.

"At the moment I'm trying to get some strength and movement back into my shoulder. I have to be careful and stick to my program however I've been using the time to get some kilometres back into the legs by doing a fair bit of running," Bateman said.
