The Gungahlin Bulls pulled off a big upset, while the Woden Valley Rams came from behind to claim huge win in round six action of the CRRL Cup.

The Gungahlin Bulls claimed back to back wins for the first time this season after defeating the Raiders Under 20’s 34-18 at Raiders Belconnen on Saturday.
The Bulls lead 16-12 at half-time, before running in three second half tries to claim victory. It was a huge win for the Bulls, with the Raiders Under 20’s coming into the match undefeated.
Gungahlin five-eighth Tre Holton-Williams put in a man of the match performance, scoring a try, kicking five conversions and leading the team well around the park.
Bulls winger Todd Sherd picked up a double, with Rourke O’Sullivan, Connor Williams and Jackson Owen also scoring four-pointers.
Jordan Williams, Lachlan Lewis and Caleb Esera all scored for the Raiders Under 20’s.
The Bulls, Rams and Blues are all on four points on the ladder, with the Bulls currently in second place with their for-and-against record.

The Woden Valley Rams recorded a huge 52-30 win over the Queanbeyan Blues at Phillip Oval on Sunday.
The Rams trailed 20-12 at half-time, but put in a big performance in the second half to score 40 points.
Woden captain Steven Ferry scored his first career double, while fullback Daine Spencer also picked up two tries.
The Rams jumped to an early 6-0 lead after winger Scott Swanson crossed the tryline and halfback Brayden Robertson converted.
Two tries to Cyprian Ale and one to Terry Campese saw the Blues go to a 20-6 lead, before D Spencer crashed over the tryline just before halftime.
Ferry opened the scoring in the second half, with Robertson converting to close the gap to 20-18. But the Blues hit back through centre Adam Barlow, after a line break from Campese.
But from there it was all the Rams, with Luke Ingram, Ferry, Daniel Desmet, Tyler Jones, Michael Geiger and D Spencer all scoring in the second half.
Ale crashed over for his hat-trick late in the game to bring the score to 52-30.
The Rams take on the Raiders Under 20’s next weekend, while the Gungahlin Bulls face the Queanbeyan Blues.

UC Stars 38 d Gungahlin Bulls 18
The UC Stars claimed their third win of the season after defeating the Gungahlin Bulls by 20 points at Raiders Belconnen on Saturday.
The Stars ran in nine tries, with centre Samual Bramich scoring a double. Aiden Agnew, Iszac Bell, Matthew Woolnough, Ranapiri Baker and Alessandro Nasca were the other tryscorers.
Gungahlin fought hard, but couldn’t match it in the end with UC. Centre Earldric Pehara picked up two tries for the Bulls.
The win sees the UC Stars finish round six in second place, two points ahead of the Queanbeyan Blues.
Queanbeyan Blues 24 d Woden Valley Rams 14
The Queanbeyan Blues brought Woden’s winning streak to an end with a 24-14 win at Phillip Oval on Sunday.
The Blues were impressive as they picked up their second win. Winger Simon Holstein picked up a double, and halfback Nicolas Grant and Hayden Bradley also crossed the tryline.
The Rams scored three tries in the game, thanks to Bryce Philipzen, Kristian Nordin-Skipnes and Liam Howard.
Queanbeyan are now in third place on the ladder, while Woden remain on top.
The Blues face off against the Bulls next weekend, while the Rams take on the UC Stars.

Gungahlin Bulls 68 d UC Stars 0
The Gungahlin Bulls remain undefeated after a comprehensive 68-0 win over the UC Stars at Raiders Belconnen on Saturday.
The Bulls attack was slick and dangerous as they ran in thirteen tries. Natalee Daylight notched up a total of 24 points in the game.
The win sees Gungahlin finish round six four points clear on top of the ladder, while the UC Stars remain on the bottom.
Queanbeyan Blues 24 d Woden Valley Rams 0
The Queanbeyan Blues bounced back with a strong 24-0 win over the Woden Valley Rams at Phillip Oval on Sunday.
Blues player Hannah Miners scored a hat-trick in the win, as the Blues held a team scoreless for the second time this season.
Queanbeyan are now second on the ladder, two points ahead of the third-placed Rams.
The Blues take on the Gungahlin Bulls next weekend, while the UC Stars face the Woden Valley Rams.
