The Canberra Raiders booked their place in the S.G. Ball Cup Preliminary Finals with a dominant 44-10 win over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs fought back with two tries in quick succession, but the Raiders surged into the lead before the halftime break. Xavier Savage, Caleb Esera and Josh Billing all scored tries within eight minutes to give the Raiders a 20-10 lead.

Raiders centre Josh Billing all but secured the win for the Raiders with a further two tries in the second half.

Lock Trey Mooney scored a late double as the Raiders claimed an emphatic 44-10 win and moved within one match of a potential Grand Final.

The Canberra Raiders will now play the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at Leichhardt Oval next Saturday afternoon.
