Ticket Collection:

Any ticket holder that cannot find their ticket that they purchased via Ticketek can visit the Ticketek Box Office to have their ticket re-issued. Proof of identification will be needed to print off replacement tickets for the day. Tickets will be available at the gate, however we strongly encourage everyone to pre-purchase online for ease of entry and to avoid having to wait in queues.

Merchandise Outlets

Raiders Shop outlets will be opening on the West Forecourt and South Concourse. These outlets will open at 5pm and close at the end of NRL half-time (approx. 8:30pm). Don't forget Members receive 10% off food and merchandise purchased at GIO Stadium. 

Membership Information

Membership Enquiries:

Any current members with enquiries on the day can visit the membership booth at either the East or West ticket boxes.

Membership Ticketing Replacement:

If a member does not have their physical membership card with them, we encourage them to use their digital card on their mobile device. If you do not have your mobile device with you, please visit the membership team at the box offices prior to kick off. Tickets will not be able to be printed off at the Membership booths. Members can print their tickets at home or access on their smart devices by logging into their membership account.

West & East Members Lounge

Members will not have access to what is usually the West or East Members Lounges due to capacity and crowding restrictions. These lounges will provide additional public bars to service grandstand patrons only until the end of the NRL game.

Paid parking is in place for this match at $10 per vehicle. Early-bird parking is applicable at $5 per vehicle until 45 minutes prior to NRL kick-off.
