The Canberra Raiders have launched a new short-form Podcast series – The Raiders Way – which is designed to give aspiring rugby league players and their families an insight into the club’s pathway process and what it takes to become a Raider.

In this week’s episode we’re speaking with Raiders strength and power coach and club Dietician Travis Ronaldson to find out more about how a young player can best prepare themselves to take the next step in their careers and give themselves the best possible start in establishing good habits around training and diet.
