Junior Reps Preview: Round Seven

The Raiders Harold Matts and SG Ball Cup sides will travel to Pukekohe, New Zealand this weekend to take on the Warriors. Meanwhile, the Tarsha Gale Cup side will play Parramatta on Saturday afternoon.

Harold Matthews Cup

The Raiders HM Cup side will fly over to New Zealand this weekend to take on the Warriors, carrying plenty of momentum from a nail-biting win last round.

The Raiders grabbed their first win of the year, knocking off the Panthers 34-28 at Raiders Belconnen last Saturday.

The Warriors have had a great first season in the competition, winning three games on the year and looking to stay in touch with the top four with a win this weekend.

With only three weeks remaining in the season, both sides will look to finish the year off with some strong performances.

SG Ball Cup

The Raiders SG Ball Cup side will follow and take on the Warriors in potentially a game-defining season for both teams.

Both sides currently sit tied on six points with three rounds to go in the competition.

The Raiders have won three of their last four, including a dominant 44-4 victory over the Panthers at home last weekend.

Canberra have named an unchanged line-up and will look to replicate last week's performance with an important few weeks in-front of them.

Tarsha Gale Cup

The Raiders TG Cup side will look to build some momentum from last week's biggest win of the season, when they take on Parramatta this Saturday.

Canberra defeated Penrith 32-8 last weekend, grabbing their third win for the season.

The Eels were on the end of a 26-10 defeat to the first-placed Roosters last round, giving them a chance to bounce back at home this weekend.

The Raiders currently sit in seventh position on the ladder, sitting three competition points behind the top six.

With three rounds to go, this weekend kicks off an important few weeks ahead for the Raiders.
