The Raiders SG Ball Cup's finals hopes remain well alive after a gutsy 18-14 win over the Warriors on Sunday morning.

Meanwhile, the Harold Matts and Tarsha Gale Cup sides went down after a big round of action in the junior reps.

Harold Matthews Cup

The Raiders HM Cup side were defeated 26-10 by the Warriors in Pukekohe, New Zealand on Sunday morning.

After a strong start, the Raiders trailed 10-6 at halftime courtesy to a late try to captain Zildjian Tafili.

Although, the Warriors came out firing after the break, piling three tries on the visitors to put the game away.

The Raiders will now get an opportunity to bounce back when they take on the Dragons at Forshaw Park this Sunday. 

SG Ball Cup

The Raiders SG Ball Cup side have kept their finals hopes alive after a tough 18-14 victory over the Warriors on Sunday.

In a grinding affair, the Raiders came back from a 10-nil deficit to close-out their fourth win in the past five matches. 

Braydon Darmody and Sam Gash made the difference, converting three from three to kick the side to victory.

Canberra will look to build on their form and jump into the top six when they travel to take on the Dragons this Sunday.

Tarsha Gale Cup

The Raiders have gone down 30-12 to the Eels on Saturday afternoon, closing out round seven of the Tarsha Gale Cup.

Parramatta started the game off strong, scoring three tries in the opening ten minutes to lead 20-6 at halftime.

Claudia Finau and Elise Simpson were able to cross the stripe for the Raiders, but it wasn't enough as the Eels cruised to victory in the second half.

The Raiders will look to return to the winner's circle, when they round out a triple header against the Dragons this Sunday.
