Junior Reps Preview: Round Eight

The Canberra Raiders junior rep sides will travel to Forshaw Park to take on the Dragons in a triple header this Sunday.

SG Ball Cup

The Raiders SG Ball Cup side will be eager to keep their season alive, when they face the Dragons on Sunday afternoon.

After a red-hot run of form, the Raiders look down the barrel of a must-win in order to qualify for the final series in a fortnight's time.

The Dragons will have plenty to play for as they currently sitting third in a tough battle for a top two finish.

The ladder remains incredibly congested with only two points separating eight teams, meaning a win is crucial for the Raiders to remain in touch with the top six.

Harold Matthews Cup

The Raiders HM Cup side will look to finish their season on a high, taking on the Dragons in round eight of the competition this Sunday.

After a tough season, the Raiders have been very much competitive in all their meetings as the development side eye off a pair of wins to finish the year.

They face a Dragons side who sit 13th on the competition ladder and have dropped their last two games, losing to the Roosters and Steelers.

Raiders coach Rourke O'Sullivan has made a number of changes to the squad as the side travel for their second straight away game.

Tarsha Gale Cup

The Raiders TG Cup side will round out Sunday's triple header at Forshaw Park, when they face the bottom of the table Dragons.

After a tough loss to Parramatta last week, the Raiders will look to bounce back against a struggling Dragons outfit to finish their season on a high.

It's been a matter of missed opportunities for the Raiders this season, dropping three games by six points or less.

The Raiders will line-up the same as last round, as they look to jag their third win of the season.
