NSW Cup: Round 11 Preview

The Canberra Raiders NSW Cup side will travel to take on the Newtown Jets this Saturday at Henson Park. Meanwhile, the Jersey Flegg Cup side will have the week off with a competition bye round.

Knock On Effect NSW Cup

The Raiders' NSW Cup side suffered a narrow 46-30 defeat to the Warriors last weekend.

The Green Machine will be looking to bounce back against the Jets and look for some momentum heading into the middle of the season.

Canberra currently sit eighth on the ladder with a record of four wins and five losses.

Chevy Stewart scored a double last week putting him at six tries for the season, and he will be hungry for more tries against the Jets.

Stewart has been named in the centres this weekend, with Ethan Alaia named at fullback

These two sides last met in round five of the competition, where the Raiders took a big 42-14 win in Canberra.
