Utoikamanu joins bench as Blues stick with winning team

Westpac NSW Blues coach Laurie Daley has given the players who won the Origin opener the chance to secure the Shield in Perth, with the loss of prop Mitch Barnett forcing the only change.

Daley has made three changes to his 20-player squad for Game Two of the Ampol State of Origin series at Optus Stadium on June 18, but only one the 17-man line-up who will play, with Bulldogs prop Max King elevated to the starting line-up.

King, who made his Origin debut in Brisbane, replaces Barnett after the Warriors captain suffered a season ending ACL injury last week.

Storm frontrower Stefano Utoikamanu takes King's spot on the bench after being named in the extended squad for Game One.

With South Sydney outside back Campbell Graham ruled out of Sunday's match in Canberra due to back spasms, Bulldogs five-eighth Matt Burton has been named in his place for the 18th man role.

Rabbitohs forward Keaon Koloamatangi and Panthers prop Lindsay Smith, who is yet to make his debut for NSW, also join the extended squad, with Manly's Haumole Olakau'atu withdrawing due to the impending birth of his first child.

The squad will divide their time between the Fairmont Blue Mountains Resort in Leura and the Westin Hotel in Perth to prepare for Game Two.
