NSW Cup: Round 21 Preview

The Raiders NSW Cup side will host the Newcastle Knights on Sunday in their bid to make a push for finals, while the Jersey Flegg Cup have a competition bye.

Knock On Effect NSW Cup

Canberra will be looking to build on last weekend's gritty 22-16 victory at home over the Parramatta Eels, when they face the Knights on Sunday.

After a rocky start to the season, the Raiders will look to continue their momentum heading into the end of the season.

The Raiders meet a Knights side who they only played a month ago, where Canberra stunned the visitors with a 40-26 comeback win.

The Raiders currently sit in eighth on the ladder with the Knights in 11th, meaning there will be massive implications pending the result of this clash on Sunday.

Newcastle junior Kain Anderson was a standout performer for the Raiders last time these teams met, scoring a try and setting up a couple in their win.
