2026 Raiders NRL School to Work Program: Expressions of Interest Now Open

Year 11 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across the Canberra region are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to take part in the 2026 NRL School to Work Program, delivered locally in conjunction with the Canberra Raiders.

What is the NRL School to Work Program?

Operating since 2012, the NRL School to Work Program uses the positive influence of the NRL and its clubs to support and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to complete their senior schooling (HSC, QCE, VCE or equivalent).

Through the program, students can access mentoring, career planning support, leadership opportunities and connections with local employers and training providers, helping them prepare for the transition from school into the workforce or further study.

The initiative is supported by the Australian Federal Government, the NRL and NRL clubs across the country, with the Canberra Raiders proudly delivering the program in the local region.

The Raiders and the NRL School to Work Program have assisted over 150 students since inception and excited to expand the program this year.

Students interested in being involved can submit an Expression of Interest.
