Round Four of the Katrina Fanning Shield presents three exciting matchups as the ladder continues to take shape.

Queanbeyan Blues vs West Belconnen Warriors, Saturday 9th May, 10:40am Seiffert Oval

The Queanbeyan Blues return after a couple of rounds off for a matchup against the West Belconnen Warriors.

Before their couple of byes, the Blues suffered a heavy defeat against the Sharks with the task getting tougher this weekend as they welcome the defending premiers to Seiffert.

Meanwhile, for the Warriors they enter Round Four undefeated after tight twelve-point victory against their cross-town rivals in last week's Grand Final rematch.

Whilst the Warriors enter the matchup as heavy favourites, they will need to be on high alert as the Blues look to plot an upset.

Woden Valley Rams vs Tuggeranong Bushrangers, Saturday 9th May, 12:00pm, Woden Park

The Tuggeranong Bushrangers travel to Woden Park for an intriguing matchup against the Woden Valley Rams.

The Rams enter this weekend fresh off a strong victory against the Yass Magpies last start, which included a double from fullback Grace Milne.

Whilst for the Bushrangers, they suffered a defeat against the Gungahlin Bulls and will be looking to bounce back, Captain-Coach Teliya Hetaraka will be number one on the tip sheet, with the edge backrower currently leading the best and fairest.

Woden Valley will be striving for back-to-back wins this weekend, however the task will be incredibly tough against a Bushrangers team desperate for their first win.

Yass Magpies vs Belconnen United Sharks, Saturday 9th May, 12:00pm, Walker Park

The Yass Magpies return to Walker Park this weekend for an interesting matchup against the Belconnen United Sharks, as both sides look to bounce back from losses last week.

For the Magpies, they suffered a heavy defeat against the Rams away from home and currently remain without a win in season 2026.

Meanwhile, the Sharks experienced their first loss of the year against the Warriors at Raiders Belconnen last weekend and will be aiming to overturn the result and avoid back-to-back rounds without a win.

Both teams will be striving for the two points for different reasons, with the Magpies aiming for their first win of the season, whilst the Sharks look to prevent consecutive defeats.
