Harvey Norman Rising Talent Invitational 2026

This year's NRL Harvey Norman Rising Talent Invitational will be held in Wagga Wagga from Thursday, July 30 to Saturday, August 1.

The event will bring together 70 emerging female athletes and 26 staff from pathways across Australia and the Pacific. 

The athletes will be divided into four composite teams and exposed to elite training sessions, team environments and game-plan preparation. The event will also provide development opportunities for coaches and performance staff.

The teams will compete in matches on Friday and Saturday.

NRLW recruitment managers, club representatives and coaches will be invited to attend and assess the athletes throughout the event. The Invitational provides participants with an important opportunity to showcase their ability, learn within a high-performance environment and demonstrate their potential to progress into the NRLW.

When: Thursday, July 30 to Saturday, August 1

Venue: Parramore Park on Friday and Geohex Park on Saturday. First games kick off on Friday at 2pm and continue until Saturday, 11.30am.

Matches will be live streamed on NRL.com

All Sunday ticketholders to NRLW Magic Round will get to see Bluey and her little sister Bingo take the stage in a Live Interactive Experience. There will be two shows on Sunday, one at 11.15am and the other at 1.20pm, so make sure you don’t miss out! 

Fans on Field

On Sunday, don't rush off after the last game as all ticketholders will get the chance to walk the playing field that the players did only minutes before. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to pretend you are one of the NRLW stars like Grace Kemp or Tamika Upton on the very field that they played on. This is subject to weather.
