The Canberra Raiders are pleased to announce the re-signing of Hollie-Mae Dodd for the next three NRLW seasons.
Dodd is a foundation Raiders NRLW player, playing 33 games for the club since 2023 when she became the first English signing in the NRLW competition.
The 23-year-old will remain at the club until the end of the 2029 NRLW season and is currently the longest-contracted NRLW player at the club.
Dodd has been a standout for England over the past two weeks whilst playing in her second Rugby League World Cup.
Raiders NRLW Coach Darrin Borthwick is pleased to have Dodd locked in for the next three years.
“With Hollie, to give her some security on the back of a good season so she could focus on her World Cup duties is good,” Borthwick said.
“Hollie is a foundation player, she’s been here since the inaugural side, so to lock her away for a few more years is terrific.
“I’m happy to keep working with her and there’s been a big improvement in her football. I know she loves the club and I’m looking forward to seeing her growth again given that she’s still only a young player.
“I’m excited that she’s chosen to stay here for a few more years and it gives her some stability as well. I’m happy for Hollie.”
Dodd said she is grateful for the opportunity to extend her time in Canberra.
“I’m so excited to be staying at Canberra for another three years,” Dodd said.
“It’s been home since moving over to the NRLW so to get the opportunity to stay is something I’m really looking forward to.
“We had a great year and I can’t wait to continue to build on that with my sisters.”
