CANBERRA RAIDERS BEST SEATS COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms of participation in the Canberra Raiders Best Seats Competition. By entering this Competition, you agree to the following conditions:

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The promoter of this Competition is Canberra Raiders Sports Club Limited ABN 57 075 087 400, Canberra Raiders Centre, 14 Torrens Street, Braddon, ACT 2612

 

  1. WHO CAN ENTER

a)     To be eligible to enter Competition, you must:

i)       Be a resident of Australia.

b)     Employees of the Canberra Raiders, the Partner, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

c)     Immediate family includes: spouse, de facto partner, child or stepchild, parent or stepparent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, or first cousin.

2.     HOW TO ENTER

a)     The Competition commences at 10am AEST Monday 3 November 2025 and ends at 5pm AEST 16 November 2025.

b)     To enter, participants must:

i)                 Complete all required fields including full name, contact number and email address;

ii)               Accept these Terms and Conditions;

iii)             Submit the completed form during the Competition Period.

c)     Multiple entries per person are permitted however no late, incomplete or illegible entries will be accepted.

3.     PRIZE DRAW

a)     The draw will take place at Canberra Raiders Centre, 14 Torrens Street, Braddon, ACT 2612 at 12pm AEST 17 November 2025.

b)     Twenty (20) valid entries will be randomly drawn to win the prizes. This is a game of chance.

c)     The winners will be notified via phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.

d)     The winner’s names may be published on Canberra Raiders social media or websites.

4.     UNCLAIMED PRIZE

a)     If any winners cannot be contacted, a redraw will be conducted at 10am AEST Friday 21 November 2025 at the same location.

b)     The redraw winner will be notified using the contact details provided.

5.     PRIZE

a)     Each prize consists of 1 x money can’t buy Raiders Game Day Experience – either to be part of the Guard of Honour or to be the Member Viking for the day – for you and a friend or family member.  

b)     Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. If unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.

c)     Any costs associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.     GENERAL

a)     The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

b)     In the event of technical failure, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter's control, the Competition may be cancelled or modified.

c)     The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

d)     The Promoter accepts no liability for lost or delayed entries or any personal injury or loss arising from the Competition or use of the prize.

e)     Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform used to promote the competition.

f)      These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.

g)     The winner must comply with all terms of use of the prize.

h)     No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash, credit, or alternatives. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

i)       The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or for any tax implications.

j)       If an event beyond the Promoter’s control prevents fulfilment of the Competition, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition.

k)     The Promoter is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss suffered in connection with the prize or Competition.

l)       If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity at its sole discretion.

m)   The Promoter collects personal information for administering the Competition in line with its Privacy Policy.
