Membership Card FAQ's

In 2024 Raiders members will receive an electronic membership as the primary form of entry. These will be sent to your mobile phone number you have supplied with your membership and can be saved onto your phone for use throughout the 2024 season. The text message will be sent from MYPASS at the beginning of 2024.

Members in 2024 will not automatically be given a physical card but have the option to purchase the physical card and lanyard as an add-on for $10 per member. The cards can still be used for entry for home games, as in past seasons for Full season, 6-game and 4-game members. There is also the print-at-home option to all members which can be accessed through their Raiders Membership account online.

If I can’t attend a match, am I able to pass my membership onto someone else?

Absolutely. Memberships are fully transferable if the membership is used by the correct price type, for example, an Adult must use an adult pass, a junior a junior pass etc.

If you are looking for someone to attend a single match using your membership, the best way to share your seats is to Print your Ticket at Home. This way you don’t have to give someone access to your membership card for the whole season and can easily pass on your membership for the one match.

I received multiple Membership cards on my Mobile Device, how do I pass them onto the people that need them?

There are multiple ways this can be done, the easiest of which is to Forward the text message with membership card link, so that the person receiving it can save it onto their device.

How do I save the membership card on my phone?

You can save the card on your phone by clicking the link in the text message and then either taking a screenshot of the card and QR code or save it to your phone’s wallet. There will be prompts on your device to save it to your wallet on your device. [GU4] We also recommend saving a screen shot of the digital card onto your phone in case of any internet issues on the day.

I’ve lost my card; do I need to order a new one?

No. If you have lost your physical membership card you can either use the electronic version of your membership card, or alternatively Print your Tickets at home.

How do I use my electronic or physical membership card?

If your membership card has a barcode, then all you must do is walk up to the turnstiles and scan the barcode. If you are using the electronic version, please ensure the brightness is turned up on your mobile device. Your card will include your seat details (Bay, Row, Seat).

How do I check how many games I have left on my 4 or 6 game membership?
