The Canberra Raiders will hold two special events on Saturday February 1 at Northbourne Oval in Braddon, with a Members only breakfast to be hosted by Club Legend Alan Tongue, followed by the ActewAGL Local League Junior Registration and Fun Day.
The members only breakfast will commence at 8am, with 2014 members having the opportunity to mix with the 2014 NRL Squad and Coaching Staff, while enjoying a complimentary breakfast.
Members will hear first-hand from Ricky Stuart on the day about his opinions on the pre-season, with the Raiders Coach also announcing the squads for the first trial match against the Storm on February 8 and squad for the inaugural Auckland Nines Tournament on Feb 15.

Members are asked to bring their 2014 membership card to gain entry. Those who have signed up and have not yet received their card, will need to provide their name at the gate to gain entry.
The members only breakfast will wrap up at 10am, with the gates of Northbourne Oval opened to the general public at 11am.
This event gives local junior rugby league players the chance to come along and register to play in the junior rugby league competition for the 2014 season and meet the Canberra Raiders NRL squad who will be at the event.
At the registration event, interactive activities will be delivered FREE of charge including:
- General kicking tips from Ricky Stuart
- Defence tips from Dean Pay
- Passing tips from Simon Woolford
- General health and wellbeing messages from Alan Tongue
- An appearance and skills session from World Cup winning Jillaroos, Tarah Westera and Sam Hammond
- A Mascot Race featuring local mascots including Victor the Viking.
- A beat the Raiders competition riding a mechanical football
There will also be an exhibition match at 1.00pm involving girls from the CRRL’s under 15’s competition.
There will be food available on the day including free samples of Canberra Milk, a BBQ to support local rugby league and Coffee facilities.
