Sia Soliola and Aidan Sezer visited St Edmunds College in Canberra today to deliver the NRL's wellbeing message to students. For Sezer it was his first school appearance in Canberra since joining the Raiders from the Gold Coast Titans.
Together with the Raiders NRL Development Officer, Ash Barnes, Soliola and Sezer spoke to students about all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. Topics ranged from what each one ate for breakfast, to how much sleep they aimed to get every night, with the students rapt to be hearing stories first hand from professional athletes.
