Robert Vai, Andre Niko, Ron Leapai and Daniel Keir all come into the team. Vai replaces Nick Cotric at centre. Niko replaces Seb Kris on the wing. Keir comes into the second-row for Jack Murchie who drops out of the team. Fabien Paletua-Kiri will start at lock for Kye Madden who also is out of the team.
Bailey Hartwig will start at hooker for Zac Woolford who is not playing. Ron Leapai comes onto the bench.
Jack Williams will captain the team.
