Williams crowned ISP NSW Player of the Year

Canberra Raiders and Mounties halfback Sam Williams was last night crowned the Intrust Super Premiership NSW Player of the Year. 

Williams was influential in the Mounties tremendous season, which saw them capture the ISP NSW Minor Premiership in a canter.
