The Rd 22 Denman Prospect play of the week has been jointly awarded to the Raiders much loved English internationals Elliott Whitehead and Josh Hodgson for their link up play at the end of the first half.
With the Raiders leading 18-8, offloaded to Whitehead from dummy half and the English Second Row/Lock ran into the Sharks defence taking the hit.
Whitehead broke through the clutches of Gallen and Heighington to offload back to Hodgson who embarked on a dazzling run that opened up the Sharks line. The hooker raced through the gap to stretch the Raiders lead on the stroke of half time.
