Canberra Raiders enforcer Josh Papalii has re-signed with the Raiders, with the representative prop set to stay in Green for the next four seasons.
Papalii, 26, has signed a new four-year deal with the Green Machine, which sees him remain in Canberra until the end of the 2022 season.
After arriving in Canberra as a teenager, Papalii quickly worked his way through the junior ranks and made his NRL debut for the Raiders in 2011.
He's since gone on to play 161 matches for the Raiders and has represented both Queensland and Australia.
Papalii said he's thrilled to be remaining in Canberra and that he looked forward to continuing his role in the club into the future.
"I love Canberra and I love the green jersey," Papalii said.
"This is my home and the Raiders have given me the opportunity to play in the NRL and I want to continue to repay them.
"Canberra is my home and this is the best place for me and my family to continue to live and for me to play my best footy."
"I want to thank all of the club's members and fans for their continued support and hopefully I can continue to represent you and the community."
Raiders Recruitment and High-Performance Director Peter Mulholland said the re-signing of Papalii was a key one for the club.
"Josh is a big part of our football team and our club," Mulholland said.
"We know what a tremendous talent he is on the field and he's the type of player others want to play with.
"We're very happy that's he's re-signed with us and we look forward to seeing him continue his career in Canberra."
