For most of the 2018 season Josh Hodgson had to watch his teammates on the sideline as he underwent rehabilitation for an ACL injury he sustained while at the World Cup with England.

The star hooker showed complete dedication and professionalism to his rehab and made a successful return in the Raiders' round 15 48-12 win over the Tigers at Campbelltown Stadium.

Overall, Hodgson finished the season by playing 11 games. He scored a try against the Broncos in Suncorp Stadium and amassed nine try assists for the season.

With Jarrod Croker suffering an injury late on in the season, Hodgson stepped up as Captain's during Croker's absence.
