Straight off the back of a stellar 2022 season which saw Kris handed his debut New Zealand Kiwis jersey, Kris had another consistent year for the Raiders in 2023.
Finding himself in the fullback jumper for round one by surprise, Kris found a real home in a new position, scoring seven tries in 21 games while averaging over 150 running metres a game.
He was awarded the NRL Coaches’ Award at the 2023 Canberra Raiders Presentation night.
