Xavier Savage unleashed his talent in the 2022 NRL season, scoring seven tries in 19 matches as the Raiders reached the second week of finals.
Unfortunately Savage suffered a fractured jaw in a 2023 pre-season trial which sidelined him for a number of weeks. Savage played just the one NRL game this season in their clash against the Bulldogs in Magic Round, scoring a try on the wing.
Savage became an important piece in the Raiders’ 2023 NSW Cup campaign, scoring 12 tries in 13 matches and reaching the second week of finals.
